Employee Listening Groups

Almost all.  That’s how many leaders tell us that their employees are their greatest resource. 

Very few.  That’s how many leaders tell us they have a systemic way to hear from their employees that provides actionable insight for leading the organization. 

Aspire uses employee listening groups to find consistent themes that could be impacting the organization’s culture, strategy, and performance.  We look to hear from 20 – 30% of the workforce in small groups of 6 – 12 participants.  We co-produce with you the few and important questions to ask that will give us the best insights.  Then, over a 45-minute guided conversation, we capture feedback which is textually analyzed for themes to identify the most important insights and maintain anonymity.  We share these insights with you in a report with customized recommendations on steps to improve.
